Slow Cooker Lentil Soup
3 chopped carrots
3 sticks of celery, chopped
1 chopped onion
3 crushed cloves of garlic
1 can chopped tomatoes
8 cups of water or vegetable broth
2 cups of lentils
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 bay leaf
Put these in the crockpot to cook on low all day. When you get home or about 20 mins before serving add
1 tbsp basalmic vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
